FAQ

Common questions

How do engagements usually start?
With a two-week paid discovery. You get a written scope, an architecture outline and an estimate — yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Discovery and well-defined projects are fixed-price; longer product work and team extension are billed monthly per engineer.
Who owns the code?
You do, in full, from the first commit. Repositories sit in your organisation and we work through pull requests.
What size of company do you work with?
Mostly funded startups and mid-sized companies between 20 and 500 staff, typically with a small internal technical team already in place.
